Static home page & navigation question

Hi there,

I have created a static page as per codex (created page and slugged it ‘home’) but I am having a few problems with dynamic menus. I am using the following code to create the menus: http://paste-it.net/6526 but it highlights home and it also shows the page I am now using as home also in the menu. So how do I hide the second highlighted menu item that I am now using as ‘home’?

Also, when you create a new page and give it a title, how do you make ‘the_title’ different to the menu name?
