Are there any free themes that are similar to these paid themes?

I like them because they are simple and modern, and not TOO business oriented.

I am looking for a theme for a therapists business. I need something business-like but inviting. Simple, modern, but still friendly. Unfortunately she WON’T have a lot of photos to put on their, so the slider might not be a necessity.

It’s not that I am too cheap to buy a paid theme so much as that if I WERE going to buy a paid theme, I would just get Genesis. I just don’t think that the site owner is going to find it as easy to update her content with genesis than with a “standard” wordpress them.
