Different thumnails sizes on frontpage

I got 3 different thumbnail sizes on the frontpage (same loop) using the_post_thumbnail( ‘thumbnail’ );

180×320, 380×320, 580×480.
No matter what i set in Settings -> media i can only get the two largest to use the cropped thumbnail. It doesnt look like the cropped thumbnail is being saved when i click on “save” after i have cropped it.

Using 0x0, true in the media settings.

NB: want to show the full image in the posts so cant just upload the “right sizze”.
