  • Hi,

No, the Croatian language hasn’t been removed, it is present in the plugin. The plugin will use the same language which is set in your WP.

    Kind regards,
    Support Team

Since I updated to latest version some translations are not working anymore. For example:

    wp_die( __(‘Error: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again.’, ‘captcha’ ) );

The line is exactly available in the .mo and .po file (it has always been there and it was working good before). But now the translation is not showing up anymore.

    Hi dikkevandale,

The translation to what language do you mean?
Could you please provide a link to the page where the error can be seen?
What language of WP is set now?

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team

With the Dutch version. My language files are nl_NL and define(‘WPLANG’, ‘nl_NL’); is also set in wp-config.php.

Most of the plugin is translated correctly, but some are not (like: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again.)

The exact translation does exist in the captcha-nl_NL.mo & captcha-nl_NL.po files. But this line is not translated on the front-end.

    No update?

    Hi,

Please open the file with the translation captcha-nl_NL.po (path wp-content/plugins/captcha/languages) in Poedit (www.poedit.net/download.php) and find the following line You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again. – insert the translation (some text may be displayed, it is the program’s attempt to find the translation – and change this text for the correct one) and save the file.
If you wish, you can create a full translation and send it to usе – support.bestwebsoft.com, and we will add it in the next update of the plugin and specify you as the author of the translation.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team

I tried that already like I said. It doesn’t show the translation on front-end, but it is correctly in mo and po files :/

    Hi,

The thing is that poedit sometimes tries to translate or correct the translation in the text. In such a case it highlights the original phrase and the translation with another color. It means that the translation needs to be checked. If the translation doesn’t require changes, it is necessary to select this line and click on the Fuzzy button in the top bar and save the file. In such a case the phrase will be applied.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
