    Hi

I am currently using version 0.8.7 of the wp-ui plugin. However I have been advised by my web host that the site is ‘spawning multiple php processes’ which is consuming all of the server’s cpu. Due to this they have suspended my site until this has been rectified.

Therefore could you please advise if version 0.8.7 was causing such an issue and if so, if any of the newer versions of the plugin have fixed the problem. Please be aware that I am not a developer or programmer so I have not changed/hacked the code in your plugin, however my site uses these plugins.

    wordpress – 3.5.1
    events manager – 5.3.7
    business directory – 3.0.2
    wp-ui – 0.8.7
    magic action box – 2.9.5
    jet pack – 2.2.2
    yoast seo – 1.4.6
    wow slider – trunk
    contact form 7 – 3.3.1
    recaptcha – 0.0.12

Any advise or information that you can offer regarding the php spawning issue or possible conflicts with the other plugins would be most appreciated.

    Kindest regards
    Val

I don’t think wp-ui or any of the above would cause that much load on the server. I have demoed with 100 tabs ( individual ) on the same page, It loaded beautifully.

It also depends on the server resources available to you, typeof hosting, average load etc. Maybe you have to research further about your hosting plan or demand more statistics from the hosting. Good luck. 🙂

    Hi

Thanks for coming back to me. I have managed to resolve the problem, it turns out the site was hit by a brute for attack, so I have added more security to prevent/handle this in the future.

    Thanks again
    Val 😀
