Theme Twenty Thirteen: displaying excerpts of video-posts

    As default theme Twenty Thirteen is showing excerpts only in search views. With additional code in content.php (<?php if ( is_search() || is_home() || is_category () || is_author() || is_tag() || is_archive() ) : // Only display Excerpts for Search ?>) I managed to display excerpts in a wide range oft list views.

    But: If a post is marked as “video” the theme still delivers the full content not the excerpt. Is there any easy solution to fix this issue?
