Cannot edit select text in widget

    I also cannot select text in the widgets, very annoying. Tried clearing cache, using IE 7, 6.

    This does not appear in previuos version of 2, I have a blog in version 2 and I can edit and select the text just fine.

    A bug in the new version.

    I can also add adsense without any problems to text widget with older version.

    Can anybody help?

    I have the same problem, it’s a browswer thing. I can’t find the thread in which this was discussed a while ago.

    It’s some kind of IE related issue.

    For now, use Firefox. Problem should be fixed in the next release.

    I’ve a similar problem but little different…
    When i edit text of my txt widget and save it…still the old one appears…both on the site as well on the text widget…
    I use wordpress 2.3.2 and am facing the same problem with both FF and IE7
