Multisite Admin cannot access Google Analytics for WordPress settings

Hello I have a Multisite and my Administrators cannot access the Google Analytics for WordPress settings. I have enabled the related command on the multisite Network settings but when my Administrator click on the settings option it gets a message that he hasn’t sufficient privileges to view this page. Can this be changed ?

Only me as a superadmin can access the Google Analytics for WordPress settings.

My admin can see that the plugin is there but he cannot edit its settings…

I want to do it per site so each admin can have his own connection with his google analytics account.

Please help!
