Custom character shows up as question marks

Can you link to a page/post where you have this problem?

Same problem here. My greek characters are just ?

I have tried using the omega symbol to insert, using html code, switching themes. In the editing screen the greek characters show, but when I ‘Update’ the page or ‘Preview’ the page all I get are ?s.
