Script can't find the end of each row in my table

I installed the CSV to SortTable plugin and it’s not working properly. It puts all the data in one row and runs off the page. Somehow it’s not detecting the end of each row.

Help! I am new to WordPress (just installed it yesterday) and I am not familiar with coding. But I do know that my table file is OK because I used the Easy Table plugin first and it works beautifully interpreting the table data. I just wanted to add a sorting feature.
