    Hi David,

Love your plug-in, and it seems to be backing up all files for our 3 sites on GoogleDrive, yet I’m getting error messages that say: “The path’/home/[username]/public_html/wp-content/updraft/backup_[filename].zip does not point to a readable file. backup_[filename].zip: Failed to upload to GoogleDrive.

I have elected not to store the files locally so I’m perplexed as to why I would get a message regarding local backup.

Also, some backups are taking quite a long time and/or are being chunked, and I am wondering how “chunked” files would be restored.

Not a “techy” so a response for dummies would be appreciated! Please let me know if it’s OK to post a link to a log file here or if I should send it another way.

    Thanks!
    Sally

    Hi Sally,

Can you click on the ‘Download most recently modified log file’ link at the top of the page, and paste the results into http://pastebin.com, please?

The backup has to be created in a local directory before being despatched somewhere else (and then deleted).

    David
