publish new plugin

yesterday I sent my new plugin and it is approved now.I am going to upload data.
I am using tortoise SVN.I created a folder and then checkout it.
I paste plugin files in ” trunk ” folder and banner-772×250 in “assets” folder.
then I selected all plugin files in “trunk” and then I right clecked at them and selected “add”.
at last I right clicked again and selected SVN commit and there is two error every time and do this.
“an existing connection was forcibly closed be the remote”
or ” svn tortoise commit blocked by pre-commit hook “
am I doing right for publishing new plugin ? if it is correct what are these errors ?
