• I am trying to password protect a page, following the instructions and even the page appears in the general list as “protected”. But when I log out and try to access as a guest user the page it is perfectly shown with the “Protected” label before the name of it.

I have tried to open the same page with different browsers, getting the same disappointing result. Any idea how to fix the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

Well, I have discovered that this issue only happens in a page in which a plugin called “booking” is used. I imagine that I don’t have any other option apart from uninstalling the plugin. Ot is there the any other?

    Password protect post/page:

This is built into WordPress. Just put in a password when creating the post or page. Look on the upper right hand corned on Edit Page or Edit Post – visibility >> pick Password Protect.

Fpr more info, review this codex: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Password_Protection
