is there a plugin to create a Dosha quiz?

I am trying to create a quiz that will ask a series of questions, and then give the percentages for how many answers A, B and C. Each of these are a type of Dosha, there are only 3. The quiz needs to provide me with A-23%, B-50% C-27% for example.
I would then like to be able to explain the results.
