Custom Template not working for Preview Posts after Upgrade (3.6)

    After upgrading to 3.6, I realized that when I preview my custom post types, they display using the standard template, not the one showing all my custom formatting (and fields).

    I’m wondering if some code got updated but not for my theme since I have some customized stuff going on. Where should I be looking to figure this out?

    I appreciate any and all help.
