nofollow in shortcode parameters

This plugins works like a charm. Thanks for the great work!

I find the “shortcode parameters” very useful for controlling each feed/category. However, I am wondering whether it is possible to control the “No follow” option using “shortcode parameters”.

There is one option in the “Shortcode settings” which should be for global settings only. It will be great if it can be controlled feed by feed.
