Drop down header menus work…sometimes

When I highlight the page in the header, the drop down box appears. Unfortunately, when I hover over the sub-menu it goes away instead of highlighting 7/10 times. Is this a coding problem?
I was recently making some changes to the code and my mouse went wonkie on me. I’m afraid it moved something around in the code because the drop down menus were working great before a few days ago. I just cannot figure out what went wrong. I would be grateful for any help you could offer. Thanks in advance!
