I’m glad to help you, maomaohu. I’m not exactly sure what you mean when you say “custom CSS gets overwritten.” What custom CSS are you speaking of? The CSS you’ve entered into this plugin, or somewhere else?
In our experience, if you customize CSS for a site, then update WordPress, the customized CSS will be overwritten to its default state. Will this prevent that from happening?
Yep. that’s exactly why this plugin exists. It saves your css changes to the database, instead of writing them to a CSS file that can be overwritten or deactivated when WP or a theme is updated. Does that answer your question?
This answers it completely, thank you for answering.
Awesome! I’ve been having to select and copy my custom.css before updating my theme and/or WP, then adding it back after the update. What a pain. This fixes so much. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for the encouragement, caseyjmc!
