Broke Nav-menu into page

I have change my wordpress theme recently. But i notice here is a problem, the problem is – my theme nav-menu doesn’t work into page. Nav-menu automatically get it’s position into simple html under a page. Creating some page is very important for me. But i can not do it for this type of Nav-menu position.
