Home Page won't load – "Redirect Loop" error

I renamed my home page and it wouldn’t load (I get an error page that says it has a redirect loop – on my iPad I can see it going back tand forth from one url to another – too many redirects).

So I made a new page and set it to the home page in WP ADMIN/READING.

Same problem.

I have deleted my browser cache, deleted the cache in WP Super Cache (which I don’t use).

I’m using Cloudflare.

Can anyone give me some suggestions? I don’t want to do a fresh WP install if I don’t have to, I’m rushed for time and need to get things resolved so my design person can get back to work on this website. It’s currently in maintenance mode (not live) so I cannot provide a link.
