I would like to change the text “Leave a comment” (and all other text in the comments area and search), in another language.
Where can I best do that? I cannot find where bouquet_comment is stored.

Hi there, most of that wording comes from the WordPress core files. I suggest you have a look at the Codex guide to using WordPress in Your Language. It explains how to install WordPress in a language other than English. Let me know how it goes.
