Advanced usage for classified site

Hi, I have a property site where there are alot of properties. I would like to know how I can do the following:

1) Have the map on every property page, where the map location shows the address of that specific property and the roads and everything next to it.

2) I would like to give site visitors the option to toggle onn and off place markers on the map to show various places of interest nearby that property. Example, amenities, hospitals, schools, churches, shopping malls, etc.

3) I would like to be able to add place markers myself for all map locations in an easy way. Maybe just by putting an address, picture, title and a description or something similar?

4) Can place markers be made into different colours so that different places are colour coded for easy viewing.

I do need some assistance from someone on this because if this is possible, I need this to be integrate properly with ClassiPress theme by AppThemes which I am using on my site. They already have a google map on their theme, however it does not allow placemarkers. So I was thinking of having the map with placemarkers at the bottom of the page or maybe replace it with the current map.
