    Hi Orwell,

Go to “Templates” and click on the “Add New” button. Fill out only the “Template Name” field and save it.

Then go again in “Templates” and edit the one you’ve just created. After you click on “Edit”, on the right hand side you will see a Reset section.

Choose a template for reset from the list and click on “Reset Poll Template”.

Give it a try and if you need more help, let us know. Also, please tell us if you use this plugin: WP Db Abstraction

    Best wishes,

    Hello YOP Team,

Likewise, just installed on my production site and none of the default templates are listed. Yes, I followed the above instructions which then populates the Before Vote, After Vote, etc. boxes, but only for that “Test Template” … after Save Poll Template, still only this one template listed.

On my sandbox site Templates shows all 15 default varieties (Authored by admin), which I can open and customize as I like – per image shown in User Guide, how can I make this default list of templates appear on my Production site?

Both sites are running version 4.5 and WP 3.7.1. Neither has ‘WP Db Abstraction’ plugin; both sites share all other plugins at same version.

    Thank you!

    Hey Orwell,

You can create 15 new templates and reset each one as per our previous instructions, like you did for the Test template.

Just a quick note: when you reset a new template, name it after the one you use to reset it (for example, if you reset Template#1 after “Grey”, name the new template “Grey”).

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team
