Login Logo Missing

Hi,

We are thinking of preinstalling this plugin with our WordPress hosting plans. However, our test users are seeing that the WordPress login logo is missing. We recall seeing something about this some time ago, and we thought it was fixed. Of course one concern is what else might be broken that we aren’t seeing.

Is there a resolution available for this issue?
