Settings Hold but Boxes Not Checked

Hi there,
I set up AAM a few weeks ago. When I logged in, added a plugin, and then went to AAM to disable the new plugin from editor role, all of the checkboxes I had originally set up are not unchchecked. However, when I switch to an editor account, all of the settings are holding.
What’s happening here?
