    Hello,

I think I’m missing something. I’ve set up my event and put the code into the page http://lindsayrugby.com/strumbellas-september-14/ and it is pretty straightforward to buy the ticket but after they go back to the site, it gets confusing. It would be great if they could just get an email with their tickets. I don’t need them to change their information, but a clear way to get tickets. This will be an event where we want to quickly see their name and ticket number that they can print out.

And is it possible to have the ticket number on the ticket or their email?

    Thank you.

  • I have the same question. Evidently the user does not receive a ticket – he only gets registered for the event. I was hoping this would generate something that could be printed out or sent by SMS and taken with you to an event.

Hi John, I had to give up on this plugin as I didn’t get any response. I ended up using another program altogether. If you want to contact me via germars.com, I can share what I ended up using. I posted a minute ago, but it didn’t take so this is a shorter message.

CampTix will e-mail a receipt to users, and you can see who has purchased tickets from the Attendees menu, but it doesn’t provide printable tickets.

You could ask users to print out the e-mail the receive, and then double-check it at the door against the list in CampTix.
