I changed my permalink structure but my old posts and pages are not updating, despite WP saying that my Permalink structure has been updated.
Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

when you changed the permalink strucutre, were you prompted to add any code to your .htaccess file?

No. I just hit "update permalink structure" and WP told me it was successful.
