Suggestion: Use mqdefault.jpg instead of 0.jpg

Hello!

For YouTube thumbs, you’re using maxresdefault.jpg. If that isn’t availibale, the plugin uses the 0.jpg image. The problem is, that 0.jpg is 4:3 formatted and has black bars with 16:9 videos (actually, most videos are 16:9)

I would use mqdefault.jpg instead of 0.jpg, because it has the aspect ratio 16:9 and fits more videos.
