page-contact.php

Hi, I’d like to the use the default Contact page. I see where there’s lines of code in the page-contact.php file but it seems I need to get the map code from Google. I tried this and there conflicting script so I couldn’t use it.

I’d like my contact page to look like http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue/contact-us/.

I’m using a child theme and have copied over the code from page-contact.php into my own page-contact.php file but what do I edit inside of the page-contact.php file?
