Move nav bar up and over header, and make transparent

    Hi all

    I’ve created a child theme of 2013. Currently the default nav bar is below the header image. How can I move it up so that the bottom of the nav bar lines up with the bottom of the header image? AND then make the nav bar slightly transparent so you can see the part of the header image that is underneath it?

    Also, I need this to still be mobile friendly
