can't add newsletter feed – hangs

    What version of the plugin are you using?

    You’re likely going to see problems if you’re using GF 1.7.7 and not version 1.3 of this plugin.

    Same problem.
    I use GF 1.7.11 (paid)
    Wysija 2.5.9
    and Gravity forms Wysija add-on 1.3.1

    Any suggestions?

    I just tried the same configuration successfully.

    It’s likely a JavaScript error that is occurring from another plugin that is causing the Wysija feed to hang. I recommend disabling all other plugins and testing first.

    Let me know if that does not do the trick.
