Godaddy Subdirectory Install 403 error

    I just up loaded new code in a subdirectory in my godaddy hosting account. Now when I try to access it install and load the database I get a Forbidden message and a 403 error and it changes the URL in the address bar to a different subdirectory.

    This will be a blog in a subdirectory. The website is working fine but just can’t access the blog. I’m sure this has been discussed before, I just can’t find it.

    You don’t have permission to access /ronsrub/blog on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
