Placeholder text reads "on" in most fields

I’m using the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin and the issue I’m having is that on the front-end, the checkout fields are displaying text that says “on” and are not reflecting the placeholder text I added into the backend.

Please advise, this is a cool plugin if I can get it to work! Thanks!
