Searching usually turns up an answer.

I disagree. Searching turns up a lot of other questions about this, and no real answer.
I waited a month to upgrade to 2.5.1, and now I get this message right off the bat when I try to save a new post.
I read that turning off the security for admin through htaccess is dangerous. Since I imagine I'm not the only person getting this message, please help. I don't have ANY plugins. I'm just beginning my new second blog.
Thanks for a solution.
Does anyone know why this comes up in the new 2.5.1 every time I write a post? It never did before my "upgrade."
Thank you.
the link provided by Jeremy gives the answer -- it's mod_security.
You need to determine what version of mod_security your host is using, and then find out IF you can disable (I say that because the most recent release of mod_sec2 cannot be disabled using an .htaccess solution). If you cannot disable, maybe your host can.
