Problem with words filter

Hello,

excuse me for my poor English.

I use rss-multimporter for display on a wordpess blog rss feed from multiple sources.

my problem is that when using the keyword filter to make filres on flows, the result of flow shown displays me an error next : There is a problem with the feeds You entered. Go to our Support page to see how to solve this.

Yet I used the syntax used in your faq: http://www.allenweiss.com/faqs/how-do-the-filters-work/.
but I separated keywords by commas as shown in the tools, but without result.

You may get that message if after using the filter there are no items that can brought in since you filtered out everything. Are you sure there are items that should be padding through the filter?

Yes it is sure, for example the feed next http://www.zdnet.fr/feeds/rss/actualites/it-management.com the following section that contains the keywords Microsoft, and Microsoft filter returns the error.

did you check to include posts that have those words or did you check the box to exclude posts that have those words?

Yes my goal is to include articles that contain keywords that I indicate so I have not check the box for exclusion.

Hi,

I’m trying to filter a feed by keywords but, as soon as I enter any keyword and try to fetch the feed I get the “There was a problem with fetching feeds. This is likely due to a settings problem or invalid feeds.” error.

When I remove the keyword the feed works fine.

that would likely happen if you add a filter, and as a result, there are no items after filtering out all items that have the words you entered.

Thanks. You are right. I tried it with the word “the” as a filter, and it works.
