Hello! I installed this plugin to my WordPress site and tried to link it to my Pinterest board, but the photos won’t show up. I use the ProPhoto Sunny California Design, and I read on their website that they offer no support for third party plugins 🙁 Is it possible to make it work on this end? Thanks!!

Can you post a link to your site?

JCElle we don’t troubleshoot or fix problems with Plugins, that’s true.

It looks like your plugin is running, but isn’t loading your board… I see the Pinterest button, but no pins from your “J.C. Elle” board.

Does the plugin work if a default Theme is active in WordPress? (e.g. “Twenty Thirteen”)

Perhaps the plugin is not properly setup to ‘enqueue’ jQuery included in WordPress? This would cause a conflict with the way ProPhoto enqueues the WordPress jQuery library…

Sorry if we can’t fix the plugin issue for you, but don’t forget we’re happy to help with any other ProPhoto issues – just get in touch here:

Thanks. I did a live view of the default theme and didn’t see it there either.

Sounds like an issue with the plugin itself, then… hopefully jowilki can help?
Are you sure your board is publicly visible and not blocked/protected in any way? Same for your Pinterest account?
Good luck – I’m glad to hear ProPhoto is working okay for you. Have a great day! 😉

Sounds like your theme has pretty good support. 🙂 My plugin doesn’t use javascript or load jquery, so that shouldn’t be the problem. I do see a javascript error on your page, maybe from another plugin you’re using.

Can you tell me what you have in the settings input fields for my plugin? I would try it first without listing a specific board (leave the Specific Board box empty) and see if you can see your pins. That will narrow it down to the specific board causing a problem.
The board name needs to be hyphenated in the input box:

    http://pinterest.com/ijesslongbottom/jc-elle/

    would be Username: “ijesslongbottom”
    Specific Board: “jc-elle”

I’m not sure what changed but it works now!! Thank you!! I tried it with no specific board first, then with the board with a hyphen. Yay! Thanks!!!
