Bad bug involving image urls

There’s a bug or conflict in this plugin.

With Squirlly activated If you edit a post with images that are from a 3rd party link eg photo hosting eg http://example.com/image/nicephoto.jpg then save the draft post. The images are stripped of the root domain and the wordpress default directory is somehow placed there instead eg /wp-content/uploads/nicephoto.jpg

Very annoying if you have a photo intensive site as you’ve got to go back and redo all the photo urls on that post again.
