This shouldn’t happen normally. Can we have a url to your site or the theme/plugin list so that we can reproduce the issue here?
My buttons have all disappeared since I upgraded to WP 3.6 Nothing I do brings them back, but it appears the stats are still working! Weird! So maybe my guests can see the buttons and I cannot??
@seonag: AddThis plugins are verified to be working with WP 3.6. If the issue still exists, it might be a conflict with theme or any other plugin. Or even a javascript error by theme or anyother plugin can cause the issue. If you can provide me the link to your site, I can verify the issue. You can mail me to srijith[AT]addthis.com
It appears that the issue happens when custom buttons are used, for example when having custom buttons by size, the plugin keeps the selection intact even if it is not supported by the new version, the buttons will be visible again by switching to another option.
Also if adding AddThis username and selecting custom button to paste the code directly into the box it is not necessary to add <script type="text/javascript">var addthis_config [...] </script> as the plugin already appends it to the site footer.
OK, found out my problem – one of the plugins, Shortcodes Ultimate was causing a problem until I checked their settings and made some changes, and now all working well – took me ages to find the problem, but AddThis floating icons look great! Thanks.
