Arabic/English bilingual blog

hello there,

I’m wondering if anyone were prepared to tell me exactly what I should do (I know next-to-nothing about programming) if I wanted to turn my wordpress blog into a bilingual one (Arabic/English) and manage it through windows live writer. I wouldn’t want to use an electronic translator (I’d rather translate every post by myself).
