Captcha will not display on posts comment area

    just installed this plugin on site. the captcha element shows up on the admin login page, but not on any of the blog posts that allow comments that are currently on site or on a new blog post (made a new test post to verify this).

    running a WP theme from themeforest.net on this site. All other plugins we have added to site work with no problems (there are just 2 others – Contact Form 7, and WordPress SEO).

    Any ideas what could be the issue?
