Special Characters in WordPress SEO Plugin

Hi Joost,

Great plugin, I’ve used it on several sites now, and I much prefer it to All in One SEO, as it promotes better SEO-friendly writing.

My blog is web development tips, so I have a couple posts that have special characters in it. Here is a prime example.

Title: Reading $_GET values from a URL String in PHP

This is the post title, the SEO title, and the first phrase of both the post content and SEO description.

I tried using the special character for $ ($), and it seemed to say it was all matching, but as I updated the post, they all reverted back to $, and back to “no matches”.

Any advice would be grand 🙂
