• I am the primary admin on my WP account, but do not see a Super Admin user at all. I would think that I would be the “Super Admin” user by default, but it’s just not there as an option.

Or is it possible to be just an “admin” user and have full super admin access?

I’m a newbie at this, so please forgive my ignorance.

According to the WordPress support docs, “WordPress has six pre-defined roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor and Subscriber.”

The Super Admin is “somebody with access to the site network administration features and all other features”, whereas Administrator is “somebody who has access to all the administration features within a single site.”

    See http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities

I would just like to know why I am not a Super Admin.

But i think that is for multisite or network of sites and not for single site
