images show uploading, but not in gallery

@smolby5697: We introduced a fix for this that resolves the cause as far as we’ve seen it on several users sites. Are you by chance on GoDaddy, or are/were you using default permalinks? If yes to either of those, this is probably resolved now. You can update manually here:
