NextGen Bug in WordPress 3.6 w/ Multisite enabled

@lew Ayotte: Thanks for the useful screenshot. I have to say that we haven’t fully addressed or tested multisite functionality. It was very buggy in 1.9.x legacy versions and it’s more so right now in 2.0. Working through and carefully getting everything working properly in multisite is probably our biggest want-to-do item. But given the volume of issues I’m sure you noticed, the fact that the update is basically working, and the fact that we know there are number of things to work though for multisite, this is probably going to get deferred for a while.
