how to show more blog posts?

    Are you talking about: http://postimg.org/image/bb4wq8pep/ this widget? As I found you are using a static page on HomePage.

    In this, you have to go Dashboard>Appearance>Widget
    Then find out “Newest Post” widget. You will find out options to make changes there.

    thanks..figured it out…but is there a way to get the “more” to show up? In other words, instead of having all of my posts show up on the 1st page is there a way to get maybe 10 to show up, and then have a more button to press to see 10 more on another page?

    Yes you can do that.

    Go to “Dashboard>Settings>Reading”
    You will find out a option named “Blog pages show at most” Choose 10 from there.

    Use WP-Page Navigation Plugin for showing 1,2,3 buttons 😉 Plugin Link : wordpress.org/plugins/wp-pagenavi/
