    Hi!

Shame no one answered so far…

Well, I tried googling some more and discovered, that the email is always sent to the page’s author.

Is there a solution for this?

    Regards,
    Stefan

You can customize the email address where the forms are sent thanks to the “Email Notifications” tab in the form builder:
    http://jetpack.me/support/contact-form/#jp-carousel-723

Once you save your changes, and click on “Add this form to my post”, a new contact form shortcode will be generated that will include your custom email address.

Let me know if it helps.

Hi, thank you for your answer.

This is exactly what I’ve done but it is simply ignored…

This is the code that was generated:

    [contact-form to='my@email.de' subject='My Subject']

That should indeed work; the shortcode is correct.

Would you mind contacting me via email, so we can run some tests on your site?

    Thanks!
