Ok, this is really a (super) minor issue, but anyway
When doing a standard unzip of page-sidebars.zip this will give you the directory page-sidebars/
Since you are referring to the directory pagesidebars (without the dash!)in your php code, the file should be called pagesidebar.zip.

Thanks for the catch on that.
It was just the way that Wordpress directory had it.

I fixed this filename issue & the plugin installed. I cannot get this plugin to actually work. I uploaded it to the the plugin folder and turned it on in Wordpress Admin. The edit boxes for the sidebar & title appear when editing a page and you can type in there, but it changes nothing. From the ReadMe it appears you may need to do something to the template files, but I don't understand enough about PHP to read between the lines and know how to do this. Help!
