Hi there… I received the following message when my auto backup failed, is there something that i did wrong or is it a problem with one of the plugins???

A filesystem operation failed while processing ‘Filesystem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-tinymce/js/popup-help/images/phpwidget2.png’ (4119) for backup.
If the following error message is not clear as to the problem and the issue persists, please contact support providing the complete event log for the activity. Diagnostic information follows:

    Failed at: 983(/home/ctbrandi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/include/files.php)
Attempt to write to file /home/ctbrandi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/full/cdrbuffer.php only partially succeeded. Only 0 of 149 bytes were written. (470993 bytes already written.) PHP last error: No error message was logged.

the auto backup is set to once a week on a friday at 16h00 (must i be logged it for the backup to be processed as well?)
how can i sort this so it does not happen in the future?

    many thanks

    Hi,

Is it happening on every backup? Are you sure you have space available on your hosting package? (We need space to create the backup before it gets sent/downloaded.)

Could you try this version if you do have space?
    https://wordpress.backup-technology.com/wponlinebackup-684.zip

You will need to uninstall and upload this one. You will lose all settings unfortunately but shouldn’t take too long to set it back up. Local backups will be kept so no worry on those. See if this fixes your issue – we implemented retries on some writes.

    Thanks,

    Jason

    HI

You where correct, it was a fault with the host size, the website was larger than the intended backup size.

    many thanks
