I bought this plugin last week and have not yet had it installed. how are you liking it and did it get installed for you in good time?

Hmm – I initially discovered errors in the extension – it wouldn’t work if there was more than one type of item in basket, and on debugging I could see there were variables missing etc, so I requested a refund which was refused. I was developing for a charity who can’t really afford to loose money. I told the people selling the extension that we’d then uninstalled jigoshop for another cart, but they still refused a refund. Instead they sent me an extension file that they say had been repaired – which I hadn’t asked for, and I don’t think it was emailed until over a week or so later, which was useless to us as we had set up another cart by then – not WordPress unfortunately. So, my experience with purchased jigoshop extensions hasn’t been positive at all, but hopefully you might be able to use one that works since they say they’d repaired it. I won’t be using them again though.
I still think we should have had a refund since the purchased extension was neither incompatible nor purchased under a misapprehension but it was actually badly coded and broken.
