   I have just installed wordpress 2.3.2 and now i want to change the permalink structure to /%category%/%postname%/ .As i did this,it says i will need to change this from .htaccess file.I saw .htaccess file from my server but its totally blank(0 bytes).What shall i do now?

   Urgently need to change permalink..pls help..

   Try putting the code you see in the permalinks options page into your .htaccess and saving it. See if it works.
